GC AI raises $60M Series B to give every company a legal advantage

Today we're announcing a $60 million Series B, co-led by Scale Venture Partners and Northzone, with participation from Sound Ventures, Aglaé Ventures, SilverCircle Partners, News Corp, The Council, and strategic investors including Guillermo Rauch, CEO of Vercel. The round values GC AI at $555 million and brings our total funding to $73 million.
Why now
In-house legal teams are asked to do more with less, faster than ever. Over the past year, more than 1,000 companies, including News Corp, Nextdoor, Skims, Liquid Death, Vercel, TIME Inc., and Zscaler, have made GC AI part of how their legal teams work. We've grown from $1M to over $10M in ARR in under a year, averaging 23% month-over-month growth in 2025.

This funding accelerates product development, expands our enterprise capabilities, and deepens our investment in integrations, agents, and even higher accuracy for high-precision document work.
GC AI was founded by an ex-Replit team, three-time General Counsel Cecilia Ziniti and AI engineer and CTO Bardia Pourvakil, to solve the real challenges in-house legal teams face. We're just getting started.
